Keira the Kiwi is lovingly hand crocheted from my home in New Zealand and is made from 100% cotton yarn and filled with polyester hobby fibrefill. Acrylic yarn is substituted when cotton yarn is unavailable.
Keira is a bit of a home body and who would blame her? Without wings that fly, she can't roam very far.
Keira the Kiwi is 26 cm (10 inches) tall and 13 cm (5 inches) wide across her belly.
Keira tends to sleep during the day and roam around at night so don't worry if you hear bumps in the night. She's probably just raiding the fridge!
Keira the Kiwi would love to be owned by a little boy or girl who can protect her from her natural enemies like rats and dogs.
Alternatively, she'd feel just at home with an adult who like endangered species.
Keira the Kiwi comes from a non-smoking, pet free home.
Keira is brown and orange. However, if you'd prefer other colours, just let me know as she can be made in any colour combination you like.
I can also crochet a giant letter to go on her belly for an additional $6.
