I’ve made Riff Raff Rumble plenty of times before. However, you might know him by a different name - in his previous life, he was a famous drummer for a band I cannot name. Haha.

Riff Raff Rumble has been with me since the beginning - he was one of the first characters that I was asked to recreate so I’ve been making him for about 10 years now. He’s full of crazy, chaotic energy and that’s absolutely reflected in how he looks. He has that lean body of a drummer and the crazy eyes of a character that loves music of all kinds, from head-banging heavy metal to simply clanging on some pots he found in the kitchen. Even though I’ve made him dozens of times, he always takes a part of me with him - my time, care and a piece of my happy childhood as I grew up watching him on telly.

There’s something special about characters like him. They don’t just become toys — they become little personalities, little stories, little sparks of joy. And that’s the magic of slow, intentional making. Every stitch feels like a moment of connection, a quiet pause in the day where creativity and comfort meet.
