Welcome to KiwiCuddlies. By visiting my website, downloading a pattern, or making a purchase, you’re agreeing to the terms below. I keep things as clear and human as possible — no heavy legal jargon — just the basics to help everything run smoothly.

Digital Products

All crochet patterns and digital downloads are for personal use only. You’re welcome to:

  • Make items from my patterns

  • Sell the finished handmade items in small quantities

I simply ask that you credit KiwiCuddlies as the pattern designer.
Please don’t share, resell, or distribute the pattern files themselves.

Finished Handmade Items

Every finished item is made with care, time, and attention — As all finished items are made to order, the following applies:

Custom & Made‑to‑Order Items

  • Custom and made‑to‑order pieces cannot be returned or refunded

  • Colour choices, personalised letters, or special requests are final once your order is placed

  • If you’re unsure about anything before ordering, feel free to message me — I’m always happy to help you choose the right colours or details

    Items typically take 4-5 weeks to be made from the date of purchase. It may then take up to 3 weeks for delivery as I post from New Zealand. If there is a delay to this timeframe, I will endeavour to let you know at the time of purchase.

If Something Arrives Damaged

If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it. I’ll do everything I can to make things right, whether that means a repair, replacement, or another solution.

Handmade Nature

Each item is handmade, so small variations are normal and part of the charm. These are not considered faults — they’re what make your piece truly one‑of‑a‑kind.


Orders & Payments

All payments are processed securely through trusted third‑party providers (such as Squarespace, Etsy, Stripe, or PayPal). Your payment details are never shared with me directly.

Because patterns are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. If you have trouble accessing your download, just reach out — I’m always happy to help.

Delivery of Digital Items

Once your purchase is complete, your pattern will be emailed to you right away. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes:

  • Check your spam or promotions folder

  • Contact me and I’ll resend it manually

  • When purchasing on Etsy, log into your account, click on your photo, select Purchases and Reviews, scroll to find your sale and click DOWNLOAD.
