I want you to feel confident and supported when you purchase from KiwiCuddlies. Below you’ll find how refunds work for both my digital crochet patterns and my finished handmade items.
Digital Products (Crochet Patterns)
Because all crochet patterns and digital downloads are delivered instantly, they are non‑refundable. Once your order is complete, your files are available right away through email and/or your download page.
If your pattern email doesn’t arrive:
Check your spam or promotions folder
Contact me and I’ll resend it manually
When purchasing patterns through Etsy, log into your account. Click on your profile picture, select Purchases and Reviews. Scroll to find your purchase and click on DOWNLOAD.
If you’re unsure about a pattern or need help choosing the right one, feel free to message me before purchasing — I’m always happy to guide you.
Finished Handmade Items
Every finished item is made with care, time, and attention — often to your chosen colours or custom details. Because of this, I’m unable to offer refunds or returns on made‑to‑order or custom crochet items.
However, your happiness truly matters to me. If there’s an issue with your order — for example, it arrives damaged or something isn’t as expected — please reach out within 7 days of receiving it. I’ll do everything I can to make things right.
Please note:
I don’t accept returns for change of mind
Custom colour choices or personalised details cannot be refunded
If a repair or replacement is needed due to a mistake on my end, I’ll take care of it
Technical Issues
If you’re having trouble opening or downloading your digital files, please get in touch. I can resend your pattern, provide an alternate file format, or help you troubleshoot.
